Greece: Eleftheria i Thanatos

If I could travel somewhere that I haven't been to before, it would be Greece. Greece just seems like the perfect place to go to. I don't know much about Greece, but from all the videos and pictures that I've seen, it looks like such a beautiful and peaceful place to visit or even live in. passion4luxury.blogspot.comwww.blog.visitgreece.gr

Greece also seems like the type of place to have great weather all year round. I've never heard of snow in Greece. All the pictures I see of Greece are bright and sunny or well lit at night times. I also really like the architecture of the Greecian buildings and homes. They aren't traditional like architecture is in America. I like how they seem to be growing on one another, and build upon each other. They all have unique structures and builds which I find intriguing and their primary colors are white and blue.

Another aspect of Greece and specifically Santorini that I like, are the vast amount of stairs they have all over the city. It adds an adventuristic aspect to the city and I feel like I'd really enjoy that if I went to visit. Other than the obvious reason that it is a different country, and outside the US, I would also be interested in the history and specifically mythology of Greece. I would love to go to Greece and see certain aspects and parts of Greece I'd read about in the Percy Jackson series.

I'd love to go and hear people speak Greek and try a variety of Greek food. I'm a very picky eater but I'm convinced that everything in Greece tastes better so I'd definitely try the food there. Hopefully one day I can go there.

  1. Greece sounds like such an amazing country to visit. I feel like Greek culture is so familiar to me, like I was obsessed with mythology, and we learn about Ancient Greece in school, and etc, so it'd be awesome to be able to visit the country which has impacted Western Culture/Civilization for so many years.
